5 Day Tour. Includes:
English Breakfast and Tree Course Evening Meals. Day 1: Plymouth - Salisbury's
Plain and Stonehenge's mysterious stones before arriving in Salisbury
with its great Cathedral. Then onto Plymouth, from where the Pilgrim Fathers
set sail. Day 2: Cornish Highlights Excursion - Enjoy sightseeing around
Plymouth before heading to Penzance. A chance to photograph St.Michael's
Mount, then on to Lands End, furthest point southwest on the English mainland.
Day 3: Plymouth - Barnstaple - First to Tintagel, here we view the ruins
of the castle in which they say King Arthur was born. Then to cobbled
Clovelly, perched above its harbour. Day 4: Barnstaple - Bristol - Enjoy
a drive along the North Devon Coast, including Exmoor and Lorna Doone
country. Then onto the elegant city of Bath with its fine Gregorian architecture
before reaching Bristol for the night. Day 5: Bristol - London - First
a visit to see Sir Winston Churchill's grave in Bladon. Then on to the
city of Oxford where we can admire the magnificent architecture of its
colleges.
